All types of nature nurtures and bring a balance or peace and well being to all 3 of you, your mind, your body and your soul, because when one does not feel well, it affects the other two. We have also been given herbs to treat our ills, water to quench our thirst, and animals to sooth our soul. My family, my dogs, my friends, have all benefited someway from my herbal gardens. We all one with nature. As you have noted on my dogs herb site I have used these for about 30 years now as a regular addition or our diet.
